Ekaterina Lazorina, an ex-PwC partner of 17+ years and a strong expertise in international tax structuring. During her work in PwC she was mentioned several times as a leading tax expert by International Tax Review,  was recommended as an expert for her work with HNWI by Chambers, received Award of the Association of Russian Entrepreneurs for the development of the tax profession in Russia.

Her recent experience includes work in an international asset management company where she was responsible for investments in new projects and building relationships with tax and legal consultants and financial institutions in different jurisdictions (including the Gulf region and several European countries).

Ekaterina  advises family offices and asset managers on their tax strategies, assists clients in development of efficient ownership structures and advises on operational tax matters. Ekaterina successfully lead several projects related to corporate reconciliations, mergers and de-mergers.
