Vitaly Bondar is a highly experienced legal counsel with over 20 years of expertise in corporate law, AML/CFT compliance, and digital transformation.
He has held senior leadership positions in multinational law firms, industrial companies, and family offices. He began his career at PwC, managing complex M&A and corporate restructuring projects. After relocating to Luxembourg in 2009, he became General Counsel for CIS & Eastern Europe at Medtronic, overseeing legal matters, governance, and data privacy compliance for the world’s largest medical device manufacturer. He later served as a Partner at a Luxembourg-based law firm, specializing in ICT law, blockchain projects, and data protection.
More recently, Vitaly has taken on senior legal counsel roles at financial institutions in Luxembourg, advising on finance transactions, compliance, and family office governance.
Based in Luxembourg, Vitaly is a native Russian speaker and fluent in English.

Vitaly holds a Master of Law degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, and is a certified AML specialist (ACAMS).
